Payment is by credit card. Enterprise invoicing may be available upon request.

By default, the billing cycle begins on the 1st of each month, and your participant meeting minutes are also renewed on the 1st.

If you are running the Starter plan and start your subscription in the middle of the month, your first billing will be pro-rated based on the date you upgrade.

Additional participant meeting minutes used during the month will be billed on the next invoice.
